Well, I couldn't decide over Baked Spaghetti or another Pizza Turnover (which I call Boli's). So I decided to have a Baked Spaghetti Boli! I used to make them for myself when I had my pizza restaurant. Oh it was good! Guess I made a good choice. I used organic brown rice pasta to make it with and added sauce, mozzarella, ricotta and parmesan cheeses with some of my homemade turkey sausage. Figured if I am cheating on my diet for now, I should make it halfway healthy...lol!
