Italian Hot Dog Roll and painting...hum!

Well, my wife made me get off my butt and paint the kitchen sink cabinets, even though I did not feel well! The consequences would have been worse...lol!

After finishing I made her a little teeny tiny pizza and a Italian Hot Dog Roll for me. Oh it was good!

Pizza dough stretched out, mustard, 2 Applegate grass fed beef hot dogs with no nitrates or sugars added, chunks of cooked potato, onions, peppers and mozzarella cheese. Fold the dough over and bake. Sprinkled some red pepper flakes on top. Gotta have some heat!
