Well, I made it past 62 years, lol!

Well I was able to use my wife's laptop, and it connected right away! I think my phone is out of memory or something. Could be it is just too old like me, lol!

Playing around again with the chocolate dough! Made a cheesecake filling, chocolate ganache, strawberry pizza with unsweetened shredded coconut! I think I like the fig and date much better!

Made me a Pizzadilla with Turkey Sausage and Smoked Gouda! It was pretty Gouda, lol! I just love smoked cheeses of any kind. One of my daughters gave me some for my Birthday! I turned 62 on Valentines Day, guess that is why I have such a sweet personality. Well, that would depend on who you talk too, lol

My wife received a pink rose from one of our granddaughters for Valentines Day. I thought it was opening nicely, and my sister Marciella supposedly like flowers, so I am posting this pic for her, lol!

My big brother may be coming to bail his little bro out. He might come and replace the elements and thermostat on our water heater! I think one element went out, but might as well replace it all since you can buy a kit for a reasonable price. It gets pretty tiring to do just about anything right now. Day to day depends on what is going on in the liver I guess. Lately I haven't been feeling very well, but all my liver enzymes are elevated right now. Going again Monday to have another liver panel done to recheck them. At least I am not back in the Hospital yet. Still waiting for insurance to decide if they will cover me going to Vanderbilt. It is not in my network, but sometimes they well approve out of network in certain circumstances, fingers crossed. I need a specialist to check out the liver to see if I am a candidate for any type of surgery. Whether to bypass the common bile duct and or to kill any of the tumors.

Me and my youngest Grandchild getting our style on! I just did her hair in the last pic, but apparently you are supposed to run your hands back and forth your hair for today's new look!
She has the right blouse on because she sure is a hoot!

On my Birthday I made calzones for me and my daughter, and pizza for the kids! The above of course are the calzones. Mozzarella, ricotta, mushrooms, roasted red peppers, and some Paleo bacon in mine. Oh so good. I had one at lunch with one daughter and one at dinner with my two other daughters! So glad all my children came on my Birthday, of course I had to bribe them with the calzones, lmbo!

I sure am glad you have stopped by again!
For those of you who never saw or read my Walking Across America blog, feel free to go to it. start from the beginning in August 2014. My walk ended up short.
After getting to Louisiana, my cancer was discovered, thanks to my friend Judi who had a courtesy checkup done on me! Well, read the story if you are interested. Okay, I am going to leave you all alone for now. Thanks again for checking out my blog. If you want a particular recipe of mine from me, shoot me a comment on here and I will try to accommodate you! Many blessings to you all. God bless, Mike P.
